1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 7 days of your initial payment
- Not have previously received a refund from Topverse
- Not have violated our Terms of Service
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the 7-day period
- Partial months of service
- Add-on features or services
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at support@topverse.com with your account email and payment reference. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining period.
